Hi Carol,

I do something similar when working with our regular translation vendors.
I've been doing the translation coordination for 8 years, and didn't send
anything like that at first--you can imagine how many problems that led
to! Over the first few years, I made a checklist for myself and an Excel
file to send the translator the information they needed. It definitely
cuts down on problems!
