For new xrefs: 1 Open FrameMaker.
2 When inserting the xref, click Special > Cross-Reference. The Cross-Reference dialog box opens. 3 In the Reference area, in the Frmat: list, select the xref style you want top use. 4 Click Insert. For existing xrefs: 1 Open FM and locate the xref you want to change. 2 Double-click the xref you want to change. The Cross-Reference dialog box opens. 3 In the Reference area, in the Frmat: list, select the xref style you want top use. 4 Click Insert. I want to change all the Fig Ref cross references to another cross reference format. What is the simplest way to do that? I'm using FM 7.0p579 on Windows XP. Thanks!
