With the Link tool selected, and with display mode set to 'Continuous', you 
can Edit > Select All links. If you then right-click one of the links and 
choose Properties, you can set all links to have the visual attributes you 
like (including blue underline). The individual actions of links are 
retained, and the links will be always visible.
