What Connie and Bill said. Relax, be you, let your confidence and 
exuberance show. Let them know about you, and learn as much as you can 
about them and the job they want you to do. If it's right, you'll know 
it (and so will they).

And don't be afraid to let them know if it feels right to you. As a 
hiring manager, I have often felt that the level of enthusiasm a 
candidate showed for the job was a very important quality.
