The interview went very well. It's a much different job than I had before,
because most of it is training, and I'll work on the writing whenever I have
time. I could have 5-8 scheduled training sessions in a day! I could also do
webinars when there are several people who need to be trained on the same
topic. I work best in short bursts, so that seems ideal to me.

Actually, the most difficult question was when they asked me how I would do
scheduling. I've never had to do scheduling at my job (more than one meeting
in a week was a rarity), but I told them that before I got married three
months ago, I was a single parent of three children for 15 years. I also was
one of the directors of the local film festival the first four years of its
existence. They seemed to think I'd be able to handle the scheduling. :)

One of the interviewers (there were three) said it was his job to scare me
away from the job. When I didn't get up and run away at a critical point in
the interview (when they said I'd be training others, but sort of have to
train myself), he joked, "Show her to her desk!"

They are interviewing more people today, and said I should know by the
middle of the week what they decide. I think I have a good shot at getting
the job. The tasks and my skills seem like they were made for each other.
