I'm redesigning our entire documentation plan in response to a new management edict from Toronto to never mind about any of this ISO stuff but meet Manufacturing Objective #2: "implement quality assurance programs and procedures based on the Pillars of Food Safety and Food Quality" (which happen to come from ISO 22000).
