Good question! The poll is from April 2000, and it inspired a funny
thread on the Free Framers Home Page:

The thread's title is, "Vote early and often." The poster encourages
Framers to "stuff the ballot box." Was FM invented in Chicago?

Just because you're the "most popular," that doesn't mean you're going
to win (as we all learned the following November).
