Thank you for the suggestions I received about run in heads in
FrameMaker. I wasn't able to get it to work the way I wanted it to,
but it's only in one book, so we decided it's OK to handle it
individually rather than with the template. If we run across it in
another book, we'll have to reexamine the situation.
