Mea culpa, mea maxima culpa.

I rashly assumed folks would understand that I meant I had learned Word well 
enough that I never encounter corrupt Word files. The corruption of Word 
files doesn't occur because Word is an inherently unstable product but 
because people don't learn how to use it. When things happen that they don't 
understand it's because they don't know the tool well enough to prevent 
unexpected results.
