-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

The 3M ADSL is scheduled to be installed August 31.

I will test it out on Friday. I may move and/or shut down some non-essential
equipment on Friday night.

Around noon on Saturday September 1, the following machines will be moved:
bud.sandelman.ottawa.on.ca (firewall, aka "gateway", and "nic")
lox.sandelman.ottawa.on.ca (aka uucp, mailhost, www, www.tcpdump.org)
nox.sandelman.ottawa.on.ca (aka otra, v6 DNS server)

I expect them to be online again by 1pm.

Other machines will be moved that day, likely concurrently.

When the machines come back up, they will have their 192.139.46.x address as
their primary. (Most already do) The 209.151.24.x address will be a
secondary, and will be routed via an IPIP (gre actually) tunnel by 209.151.24.33.
(this is my old P120 Compaq notebook "pzero" sitting on a shelf).
209.151.24.33 is an address that many of you may have listed as a DNS
server. It *is* running bind 8.2.4 with an identical config to 192.139.46.33.

(I just got off the phone with Network Solutions again. You'd think that
using PGP would make their life simpler, but no...)

The new dialup number is 715-9102 and will become active on Saturday
afternoon. I will not be call forwarding or anything for that number.
I still have UUCP configurations for:
acheron (over TCP, should be unaffected)
  ecicrl (probably dead?)
  foobar ??
  gjk (dead?)
ljk (pretty sure this is dead...)
  micor (not sure)
revcan (pretty sure this is dead)
romanus (I think this may still work)
ve3pak (I think this may still work)
