The package is based on what's on http://www.netcore.fi/pekkas/linux/.
There have been some updates since.

The patches, or at least almost all of them, have been posted on here too,
I believe. Sometimes with none, sometimes with little feedback.

- drop root with tcpdump -U (at a later date, make that a default
behaviour)
- "resolve" port numbers with -n, previous behaviour with -nn.
- quiet down smb printing (fixed in CVS)
- AFS printing security fixes
- tcpslice compile problem (time.h)
- document missing option(s) in tcpdump.1, reorder the options
alphabetically.
- move tcpdump.1 and tcpslice.1 to .8 which appears to be a more fitting
place for them.
- also build a shared library of libpcap (not sure if there's that much
point to it..)
- (a broken fix) for RX_PACKET_RING problems with linux libpcap, fixed in
pcap-linux.c r1.66

A possible timeline for the inclusion of 3.7 would be RHL8 or whatever's
the next, I believe.
