To what support for Frame Relay are you referring?
The fact that "savefile.c" has a LINKTYPE_FR defined in it is far from
sufficient to mean that tcpdump can dissect Frame Relay captures; that
#define is there just to reserve that value for use in capture-file
headers if, as, and when we *do* get the ability to read Frame Relay
captures from BSD/OS (I have never seen such a capture, and don't know
what the link-layer header BSD/OS provides there is).
