I personally believe that trying to support the "old" libsmi API is
the wrong direction. I think the configure script should carefully
check the API version number and only enable libsmi support for the
0.2 API. Earlier versions of the libsmi were only out for a few months
and we really do a better job by encouraging people and package
maintainers to rely on the new version. This also has the benefit of
keeping the print-snmp.c module clean.
