The DLT_IEEE_80211 assignment included an 802.11 link-specific header, which you're apparently not using. I'm a little confused about why you're using DLT_RAW; does the Linux 802.11 driver pass only IP packets, and not ethernet? Does filtering work (e.g. "tcpdump tcp port 80") with this change?
