My understanding from people better informed then I is that Intel 10g chipsets max out at about 4g in at least some situations- no idea if it applies to tcpreplay. Anyways I would definitely try other cards as well- I hear broadcom is good. Be sure to read the wiki/FAQ about getting max performance from tcpreplay.
