Your best bet is to look at it from the OS perspective. Which 10G card is best supported by your OS in general? That one will have the best chance of performing well with tcpreplay.
FWIW, I have NextXen cards and they will peak at slightly over 5Gb/s. NextXens have very good support in Linux.
