Hey Stas, could you send me the diff of test/Makefile.am ? Also, I've just finished merging your code patches in branches/3.4. I've tried to enhance things a little by properly processing v6 extension headers to find the actual L4 header when appropriate, but I haven't had a chance to test the code- no doubt there are some bugs.
One bug for sure is if you capture truncated packets- I don't track the actual caplen when processing the extension headers and so it's pretty easy for me to fall off the end of the packet buffer looking for the L4 header. :( I'll fix this in trunk, but I think I'm going to keep it as a known issue in 3.4. Anyways, if you want to pull branches/3.4 from svn and work off that for you auto-mode fix that would be great.
