I just updated the tcpprep and tcprewrite docs on the website and included man pages. I also took the time to split the IPv4 TOS from IPv6 Traffic Class options and add IPv6 Flow Label editing support.
I know there has been a few people asking for IPv6 support, so if you could take some time in the next week to run this code through it's paces and either send in some bug reports or give me a thumbs up that would be great.
