I've finally gone through all the patches that Stas Grabois has sent
in and have built 3.4.2pre1. The vast majority of the work is Stas'
so if you find this useful, please send him your thanks. If you find
any bugs, let me know, because most likely I introduced them. :)

Anyways, this has:
- IPv6 editing support (addresses, traffic class, flow label)
- IPv6 fragroute support
- tcpprep now supports processing v6 packets
- Support for many v6 extension headers (decoding so tcpprep and
tcprewrite can process L4+ data).

man pages have all the docs for editing, but I haven't yet documented
the new v6 frag support. For now you'll have to read the code to
figure out the new options until I get around to creating proper docs
for it.

Also, those of you not following me on twitter probably don't know
this: I have a special build available which decodes Juniper Ethernet
DLT pcaps. Unless I hear a huge cry for help it'll skip the 3.4
branch and go out in 4.0.
