Dear Listserve Members:

Our department is developing a new course in Parenting to add to our 'family
studies' concentration. So far, I have been unable to find standard texts
that focus specifically on this topic. Have any of you come across this
kind of text (outside of Marriage and Family texts)?

In addition, if you have suggestions on anthologies or readers on the
general topic of Parenting or specific aspects of Parenting (especially on
the topic of fatherhood in contemporary culture), I would greatly appreciate
your passing along any and all suggestions. Course syllabi that you might
be willing to share would also be appreciated!

Thanks in advance,

- Jan Buhrmann
