There is also musical chairs which creates competition for limited resources, the chairs, and eventually if you eliminate all the chairs, students can cooperate when they realize that not having any chairs means they can all sit on the floor. I have a copy of this idea that I got from TS years ago. I will post it when I get to my home PC.
