I' m chair of our soc/anthro dept. We have a criminology concentration
in our soc major which we have ongoing problems with. There's high
demand for the criminal justice / occupational training stuff.
However, we are offering a more rigorous criminology / academic
program. On average, the crim concentration seems to attract weaker
students which is also an issue. Would appreciate hearing from people
with crim or cj programs/majors/etc. who have dealt with these issues.
Thanks, Robert Biggert
