I refactored https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project_management_tools
(formerly known as https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Mingle but already
discussing Trello too).
I'm sure it could use more updating, including but not limited to the costs.
It would be great to try Fulcrum (https://github.com/malclocke/fulcrum),
especially if we're considering switching away from Trello. It's an
open source reimplementation of Pivotal Tracker.
