I recently found a 60W LED non-dimmable A19 light bulb at Walmart for $8.88. They also have a dimmable one for $9.88. They are not available online, you have to buy them in the store. You can check the web site to find out which stores currently have them in stock.
For some reason Walmart has gone out of their way to make it difficult to find them on their web site. No search I tried on Walmart.com works so I had to resort to some considerable Google foo to find the URL. I tried every search term I could think of, including the part number, with no luck. Finally in exasperation I tried "great value 60W led light bulb" on Google (with no quotes). The lights are rated for indoor and outdoor use in enclosures, this is very unusual for LED replacement lights. If you keep your receipt Walmart will replace the bulb for up to three years if it goes bad.
