I'm trying to get the send mail settings correctly adjusted to work with gmail. Lots of endless google queries and nothing to show for it. Main purpose for it to be functioning correctly is a roombooker addon that e-mails the user after they sign up for a lab. I've tried both a generic gmail account set to use unsecured e-mail and also one of our regular google apps 4 edu accounts with HTTPS required. Has anyone had any luck in setting this up correctly? I must be missing something. I did have outbound port 25 blocked at the firewall except for my old exchange server, but I changed it to my webserver IP and it didn't seem to matter. Also used ports 465 and 587 in the port config setting to no luck.
