It was 1st asked by the new business manager.  When I told her the PST was
gone she must have gone to the Super and mentioned it to him.

If those statements in the AUP were in effect when the ex business manager
was employed, it does indeed sound like you've got the verbiage you need to
retrieve and disclose that person's e-mail hosted on your servers.

 

However, since I'm not a lawyer, I'd still say follow up on Aaron's advice.
:P

 

Out of curiosity, did this request come from the new business manager or was
it relayed through someone like the supt. ?
