There is a nickname file in the old profile. It does not autocomplete from the addressbook.

I've got a secretary who isn't getting autocomplete in her Outlook. It seems like if they're someone she's emailed recently, the name comes up when she starts typing it in. However, anything in her contacts, nothing shows up. If you begin a name and hit Ctrl+K, then it finds names. But it seems like it's not searching her address book on its own.
