Chris is right. You can just copy the Outlook.NK2 file from their
profile on machine A over to machine B. I guess you could script that
for them
Location of file on XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\tsulliva\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Filename Outlook.NK2
I assume it is the same relative location in the profile on Vista/XP.
That is the cached name history file that starts doing the suggestions
when you start typing.

Then what $%^&*( use is the address book? Yes, they can click the To:
button, but why wouldn't it just check the Contacts book automatically?
