These are "just out of the box" machines (base Dell image) so I didn't do anything to them. I'm deploying a Windows XP image. I guess the problem lies with the fact that Dell installed a Win7 image-base instead of a WinXp image-base and the Win7 image-base doesn't have a fat32 partition. I'm trying to use GParted to "fix" the partitions but GParted is having issues with the video card (just get a black screen). Kinda stuck at this point.
