I think its funny how everyone uses a different product.   Isn't choice
great!

I'm using MindTouch open source (mindtouch.com)  its very polished and has
WYSIWYG editor.  in some ways its geared more towards multimedia/rich
content.  But it works great for my documentation wiki.  Integrates with
Edirectory for logins.
