If that doesn't work, you might want to suggest investing in the TouchDown app from NitroDesk. Pretty much all of my Droid users have that installed and it works very well. Support is also very good. I paid $9.99 but it was on sale - I think the current going price is $19.99.

It's saying the password is wrong. It's not. I know these phones require different things from Exchange and DNS.
