I used it in the past to pull work email before I just pulled everything with 
gmail.  You can use your google barcode scanner on the web page to pull down 
the app.  FYI, Sherpa is a great app!  Workmail won't do your calendar, but it 
did sync my email by connecting to our owa account using ssl.

If that doesn't work, you might want to suggest investing in the TouchDown app 
from NitroDesk.  Pretty much all of my Droid users have that installed and it 
works very well.  Support is also very good.  I paid $9.99 but it was on sale - 
I think the current going price is $19.99.

I got a call from my pro-bono client that they can't set up the T-mobile phone 
to connect to Exchange web access.
It's saying the password is wrong.  It's not.
I know these phones require different things from Exchange and DNS.
We have other brands - services working.
