Finally, I've taken over the toner purchasing for our district. Rather
than letting individual departments manage their own supplies.
Now, that I got what I wanted... I need to figure out how to manage it,
and provide projections for future years.
Would anybody have a database they would be willing to share, or other
recommendations about how you manage your toner needs? Can you pull
data showing how often toner in a specific unit is replaced?
At this time, I'm not interested in "XYZ Company" does that for us.
I've had bids from some of those companies, and we've decided that we're
going to manage everything internally for now.
