Is there any documentation/How-to's for InstallRite or SFXMaker that
could be recommended? Niether the InstallRite or the SFXMaker website
have much in the way of documentation and I haven't installed either
yet to see if the Help sections is any good. The FOG page makes it
seem pretty straight forward but doesn't include much besides the
basics.
