Tammy, Just a thought, I know this does not answer your specific question, but have you considered looking at gaggle.net. As mentioned earlier today in another thread, gaggle.net is not just for student email anymore. They have something called gaggletube that could be set up just for your teachers and it allows safe access to youtube and management of those youtube videos.
That's about all I know at the moment on it.
