Ok - this one fixed. The folks who help me out had accidently added it to the
custom list for Fortigate, so the user received a generic white page with text,
rather than the Foritgate standard categories blocked page.

I have not seen this lately, but we used to have yahoo.com blocked when the ad
filters were set too aggressively. We also used to get yahoo mail blocked a
lot
due to the way they were constructing the URL – as I recall we ended up
whitelisting it.

Subject: [tech-geeks] Yahoo error

The URL you requested has been blocked. URL = www.yahoo.com/

I have a couple of teachers getting this error. I googled it of course and did
the standard delete cookies/temps and so on. It appears to be user
specific....I
can login at the machine and access yahoo, yahoo mail ect. The two users who
are
affected are in different buildings. We have had some DNS/filter problems that
was fixed yesterday.......any one had to fix this before?

Thanks,
