Ok - this one fixed. The folks who help me out had accidently added it to the custom list for Fortigate, so the user received a generic white page with text, rather than the Foritgate standard categories blocked page. URL = www.yahoo.com/ I have a couple of teachers getting this error. I googled it of course and did the standard delete cookies/temps and so on. It appears to be user specific....I can login at the machine and access yahoo, yahoo mail ect. The two users who are affected are in different buildings.
