If you haven't already seen this -- and if you haven't blocked yourself out of YouTube -- you absolutely MUST watch it . . . even though it is in Danish with English subtitles. I feel the urge to watch it each time I have experiences like the one you described just to keep things lighthearted. It's entitled, "The Help Desk" and it's about a monk in the "dark ages" learning a brand new "technology" . . .
