I worked with a customer at Best Buy, about a month ago, who was very
similar to "Teacher B". She had her laptop for almost 4 years...let me
repeat that...ALMOST 4 YEARS, when her son changed the default web browser
to Firefox.

CUSTOMER: "When my son changed my Internet to Firefox, the Internet stopped
working."

ME: "Let me have a look at that... Hmmm... Seems to be working fine. (The
default Firefox-Google homepage opens)"

CUSTOMER: "But that's not my Internet! My Internet is Google."

ME: "Google is just a website within the Internet. See... you can get to
it by typing www.google.com, in your address bar."

CUSTOMER: ³THAT¹S IT! THAT¹S my Internet! ...oh, but it¹s missing my
Yahoo! Internet. (NOTE: She¹s referring to her bookmark bar)²

ME: ³Let me try something... (I waved my invisible magic wand, while I
opened up Internet Explorer)... Does this look familiar?²

CUSTOMER: ³YAY! All my Internets are there! Thank you!!²

ME: (Sets IE as the default browser and waits until the customer happily
walks away to do a giant face-palm.)
