Hello,
I have a HP 2035n printer in a math classroom. The printer has stopped
printing from the teacher and a student computers. I tested the network
port had it gets a valid IP address, the same one that
test\configuration page shows. The ports on the two computers show the
same IP as the test page . Both computers are connected to the network
When I send a test print from the computer (s) I get the "failed to
print...." error. When I cancel the job the printer will print out
around 25 pages of junk on the top of the page.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
