I think the law says that if it shows up and you did not order it, you may
consider it a gift and subsequent bill need not be paid.  I can't remember
for sure, but I think it's part of the fair credit legislation.

If you  or anyone else receives a item that was not requested  is that not a
"gift" ?  I personally would give them the opportunity to either pickup the
item(s) or supply return shipping.
