Mark two for laminator repair.

We went to a cold, hand-cranked model this year to cut down on film cost (it is
½ price).

I tried to use the argument that since it doesn't plug in... of course then I
realized I could get saddle w/ everything that does plug in so...

"How does on jam a hand-cranked laminator?", I ask myself each of the 5 times I
have fixed it since school started Aug 20.

I have to fix, clean, and fill the laminating machine. After seeing what kind
of messes and tangles they can create, it's probably a good thing. I swear
they can backlash those laminating film rolls worse than I can backlash a bait
casting real in a 20 knot wind.

So today our head maintenance person stopped me in the hallway and asked me to
look at the convection oven in the kitchen with him. Since computers and
convection ovens use electricity I guess I should be able to troubleshoot ovens
too. I didn't mind too much since I really didn't feel like going to my office.

Imagine that.

I've got a couple that like to play the stock markets, but so far haven't asked
me to unblock anything. Probably because they aren't blocked

I had one of those also. He went so far as to put a sealed envelope in my mail
box asking if those sites could be unblocked. He was betting on everything that
moved. This was quite a few years ago.....he retired an is working as a card
dealer on the MO side....

Years ago I had a teacher ask me to unblock all his sports betting sites -
he really believed he had a right to "job perks". I refferred him to the
principal and never heard about it again.

You know, if we have a "request of the day" for every day, we'd have one
heck of a book at the end of the year.

This is from a teacher at our High School.

I have several thoughts on how to answer that but,........
