I've got issues with our IpCop filters not seeming to like pages that data
has to be entered and then a submit button pressed.
Two examples:
1. The Pepsi refresh project. After they fill in their data or go to a
"vote" page, the browser just sits there after pressing the Vote button.
However, if you wait a few seconds and click the browser's refresh button,
the page changes and shows that you've voted.

2. Do The Right Thing nominations. After Principals complete the
nomination form, they click submit, but nothing happens. We contacted the
organization to make sure it's not a problem on their end and they said that
they are getting nominations from other districts.

In both of these examples, the domains are in the whitelist. I'm just
wondering if there's a category that I need to uncheck in the URL Filter.
If I disable the proxy server, everything works fine.

Any ideas?
