When our monies dipped below $500 we stopped doing TPs ( read it as
"TP(S) Reports", TPaper or however you like). I would not mind
filling our an online form if it was done well. Heck I will even
write and host it. The current system is out-dated, requires too much
labor - PAPER work of all things and feels punitive. Very sorry for
those of you who get enough money to justify the seven labors of
Hercules the TPs require.

A question - if all of this paper is going into this process what is
being done with it? The fact that they want paper tells you that it
just fills a file drawer and no one ever looks at it. If all this
data gathering serves some further purpose they would what it online,
right? Don't tell me, it is important for us to consider what we do
with our money and this process helps us. My tech budget is less than
$10,000 per year, much less. I usually just blow it on toner and
replacement parts anyway. I seldom consider how to make a few
thousand dollars meet all the tech needs of 80 classrooms. I wish
someone would make me consider how I spend this money.
