I am starting to believe that although I am archiving all of my GA4E email, I have not yet found a way to grab chat histories. This is a problem and I believe I will be forced to disable the feature - at least for kids. I think we have seen many great uses for the feature over the past few weeks, but now that I realize that I am not scanning or archiving it, I fear it has to go - in addition to the good use, there is bullying etc. happening too.
Anyone out there have chat enabled? thoughts generally before I do pull the plug? --Michael T.
