I bought two labs from them this summer. Each lab was Dell's. They
work well for our needs. The pricing was incredible. One lab was $185
ea. - and that was after I upgraded the RAM from 1GB to 2GB. The other
lab needed more horsepower and was a little under $500 each. (We bought
our own monitors.)
Can't speak to the legality of the $20 office but I can say that they
have treated us well. I had an issue with a bad PS and some keyboards
and they sent replacements right away.
We are happy with them thus far.
