I don't anticipate it will do any good either, but it does get put on file that there has been complaints filed against them. The owner of the company is worried. He called me Friday and kissed my butt for about 15 minutes. Offered to buy the car I bought for what I paid for it and sell me another at cost if he found one like the one I originally thought I bought from him. He even said he'd give me top dollar whenever I decided to trade no matter how long it was. I told him if he wanted to make me happy, he'd just get the *!#!!!! check for the airfare and inspection costs in the mail to me.
He didn't want any hard feelings.. Oops, too late for that. Shoulda fixed the problem before I had a chance to get on facebook. A year later they sent me a letter explaining they couldn't look into anything over 30 days old. They also informed the other party so they'd know I complained and that nothing would be done about it. It wasn't over 30 when I contacted them and it was an ongoing issue (still is to this day) so it couldn't be over 30 days old. So much for politicians.
