I have a tech request link on my webpage, that when selected opens word as an editor. I want it to open directly into Outlook, as people select the link, fill the pre-addressed e-mail and think they sent it- when in fact they must open Outlook, put in the password and select send/receive. How can I make it not open into Word as en editor and open directly into Outlook I am using Outlook 2003 set up as Exchange Server accounts.
