Just a question regarding Ricoh photocopiers, I would like to have the photocopier PRINTER option to hold all print jobs, until a user enters in their user code when prompted by touching the printer button on the photocopier and it would print off what was held in the job list. I can do this in the printer preferences each and every time a user goes to print but want this set at the photocopier level to happen no matter what. Thanks in advance.
