If you're using a Windows print server to host the queue, go into the
properties of the printer, then advanced, then printing defaults. It will look
the same as print preferences but what you set here will become the standard
for all users.

Subject: [tech-geeks] Photocopier - user code to hold print jobs

Hi All,

Just a question regarding Ricoh photocopiers, I would like to have the
photocopier PRINTER option to hold all print jobs, until a user enters in their
user code when prompted by touching the printer button on the photocopier and
it would print off what was held in the job list.

I can do this in the printer preferences each and every time a user goes to
print but want this set at the photocopier level to happen no matter what.

Thanks in advance.

Matt
