I'm not sure I understand your question.
I know that I have been invited to meetings/webinars where the "inviter" is
using outlook and so I get an invitation in my inbox that I click "yes" to
and it shows up on my google calendar.

I also have invited people to events, both within my GA4E domain and outside
it...
